CORAOPOLIS — The third and final WPGA Senior Series competition of 2025 is set for Wednesday at Montour Heights Country Club.

40 players will compete in the single round stroke play event. The competition will feature three divisions: Senior, Super-Senior and Net.

Play will begin at 8:00 a.m. and continue until 10:10 a.m., with all 40 players beginning on the first tee.

Last month, Rick Stimmel (Senior), Don Erickson (Super-Senior) and Joe Barch (Net) claimed victories in the second Senior Series competition, a Stableford scoring event at Latrobe Country Club.

The first Senior Series competition was contested in April at Hannastown Golf Club, with Arnold Cutrell (Senior), Jeff Hovanec (Super-Senior) and JJ Labella (Net) picking up wins.

Hovanec and Labella will both compete in Wednesday’s competition.

Several other past Senior Series winners, such as Paul Bangor, Andrew Canter, Todd Renner and Craig Sabo, will be in the field, as well.
